The Academic Section of TWDW was established to encourage students of all Warsaw universities to practice rowing.
The Amateur Section of TWDW are people who paddle for health and pleasure. Nowadays we train with us both people who have never had contact with rowing before as well as former competitors. Some are preparing for amateur races organized in Poland and abroad.
TWDW representatives take part in a number of events of Polish Championship rank and many international and foreign regattas.
Rowing is a team sport in its purest form. To get the boat up and running effectively, the whole team must work like a well-designed machine.
